  1. CLIPBRD2 is the Atari Clipboard CPX v.1.0 by Scott Sanders of Software
  2. Development Systems. New and very much improved over v.0.9! Ever since
  3. the first Atari computers rolled off the assembly line TOS was capable of
  4. information sharing between applications.  An example of this would be to
  5. say, highlight a block of text in your word processor, select cut from the
  6. menu bar, quit the word processor, load a desktop publisher, select paste
  7. into a text box and lo and behold your text would appear.  The sad truth
  8. is, however, that very few applications handle this well, if at all.  This
  9. CPX allows you greater flexibility when used with programs that support
  10. the Atari Clipboard.  It even lets you use it with programs (like STalker
  11. and Aladdin) that use the clipboard but don't use it quite the way Atari
  12. said to do so.  Now you can VIEW your clips from within this CPX whether
  13. they be ASCII text, .IMG drawing or .XIC icon files.  Also included is
  14. the official Atari ASCII text on the Clipboard standards (recently
  15. redefined). Color or mono.  Docs included.  This requires Atari's new
  16. XCONTROL.ACC (CPX in the Suzy B's Software UTILITYS catalog).
